What is the processing time for orders?

What is your return policy?
VAELOR has a 14-day return policy, allowing customers to request a return within 14 days of receiving their item. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the system.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or with missing items?
If your package arrives damaged or contains missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We require photos as proof to assess the issue and will offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
Are there any shipping restrictions?
Yes, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, customs duties and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
